Youth Ambassadors has a highly qualified and culturally competent staff equipped and able to work with diverse youth populations. Leadership and staff promote an atmosphere of mutual respect within a physically and psychologically safe place. As an organization, we take meaningful steps to promote inclusiveness in hiring, retention, promotion, board recruitment, and serving constituents.

Youth Ambassadors employs director-level staff members, masters-level practicum students, and approximately 20 part-time, seasonal teaching and support staff for direct program implementation. Below is a list of current openings.
