College and Career Day serves as a valuable platform for students to explore diverse educational and professional opportunities. Through interactive sessions and exposure to various career paths, it aims to inspire and inform students about their potential academic and professional trajectories, helping them make informed decisions about their future.

Ambassadors practice their interviewing skills as they connect with dozens of diverse career professionals. This day is the culmination of months of learning and preparation on behalf of our Ambassadors. Last year, 94% of our youth reported feeling better prepared for future employment and educational opportunities through the development of skills that increase job readiness.

Youth peer mentors from our S.A.V.E. Program work with our team of professionals to offer an annual Teen PEACE Summit for youth throughout Greater Kansas City. Attending youth participate in breakout sessions where they discuss how violence impacts our communities.
