This day is the culmination of months of learning and preparation on behalf of our Ambassadors. Last year, 94% of our youth reported feeling better prepared for future employment and educational opportunities through the development of skills that increase job readiness.

Youth peer mentors from our S.A.V.E. Program work with our team of professionals to offer an annual Teen PEACE Summit for youth throughout Greater Kansas City. Attending youth participate in breakout sessions where they discuss how violence impacts our communities.
