Dear Youth Ambassadors,
Lately I’ve been really upset and I don’t really know why. I’ve also had a lot of anxiety lately and I even had a really bad panic attack a few days ago. I just feel kind of lonely and I miss having friends to talk to all the time. I’m just frustrated that I feel this way and I don’t know why, and I’m also scared that I might have another bad panic attack.
Anxious & Frustrated
Having Anxiety is a really scary thing to have, but try talking to someone about it. Let is out, don’t hold it in. Feel good about yourself, and show that you can be you. When people have anxiety they thing they can’t talk to anyone, but you can. Try talking about it. I know it might hurt, but just try.
